Request Official Transcripts
Request your University of Richmond Transcript
The University Registrar handles all requests
for transcripts. You may view an unofficial transcript over the Web
through BannerWeb if you are a current or recent student. You may also
request an official transcript by fax or mail. Your signature must accompany
all requests for official transcripts, so email requests are not accepted.
Download and complete the Official
Academic Record Request form, then fax or mail to the University
Registrar. There is no charge for this service.
Complete details for requesting your official transcript, including
in person and by letter, can be found on the University
Registrar's Web site.
Request Transcripts be Sent to the School
You may use the School of Continuing Studies Request
for Official Transcript form to have your transcripts sent to the
School for the purposes of admission and/or transcript audit for transfer
credit. This generic form may be accepted by high schools and other
colleges, but students should review each institution's requirements
for official transcript requests before submitting.
This form may NOT be used to request an official University of Richmond
transcript.
