Youth Programs
Kaleidoscope
Kaleidoscope is a week-long adventure for Richmond-area high school students. Participants from all over the Richmond area will immerse themselves in topics such as public speaking, visual arts, gaming strategies, or writing workshops. Students choose two different courses for the week by selecting one morning option and one afternoon option. Lunch is included each day in the Heilman Dining Center, along with a variety of afternoon recreational activities in the Weinstein Wellness Center and across campus.
Summer Scholars
Summer Scholars is an intensive, three-week program designed to give high school students a realistic, first-hand experience of college including the challenges and rewards that come with it, all while experiencing "life on campus." As a Summer Scholar, you’ll choose one of several exciting academic programs. Summer Scholars lets you live on campus like a college student and earn valuable college credit while collaborating with leading faculty in your chosen course of study.
