Virginia Association of Independent Schools Emerging Leadership Institute

The University of Richmond Center for Leadership in Education (CLE) and the Virginia Association of Independent Schools (VAIS), in coordination with the School of Continuing Studies, offer this two and one half day program for aspiring leaders who wish to advance their careers in Virginia independent schools. Those leaders include but are not limited to division directors, deans, administrators, and teachers.

The program blends the core leadership component, as taught by the expert professors at the Jepson School of Leadership Studies, with the highly experienced instruction of authorities from VAIS independent schools from around the Commonwealth in the fields of development, admission, governance, finance, and academic leadership.
