The School of Continuing Studies Student Government Association
publishes a newsletter,
"SCS Evening News," once each semester. This newsletter
provides students a way to know about the programs, services,
and special events of the School and the University.
The University offers a wide variety of communication and
publications opportunities for students:
The
Collegian is a weekly campus newspaper published every
Thursday, and distributed in various locations around
campus. The Collegian Office is on the third floor of
the Tyler Haynes Commons. Students may contact the editor-in-chief
regarding submission of articles or letters to the editor.
The
Messenger, published in the fall and spring, is a
literary magazine consisting of short stories, essays,
poetry, art work and photography. Submission periods are
announced in public areas around campus. Students interested
in submitting work for publication may call Student Activities.
WDCE,
90.1 FM, the campus FM-educational radio station, offers
students interested in broadcasting the opportunity to
learn while working.
Juris
Publici, the Law School newspaper, is published six
times annually and staffed by law students.
