Services (CAPS)

Hours: M-F 8:30 a.m. - Noon and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., during
the academic year or by appointment.
CAPS offers full-time students individual and group counseling
and a variety of workshops concerning personal, emotional
or educational problems. CAPS also has a self-help library
of books and tapes for academic and personal-social needs.
SCS students may use these library materials. Time permitting,
the staff of licensed psychologists is open to requests
from SCS students for a one time consultation and assistance
in referral. In case of emergencies after hours, contact
the University police at 911 and they will contact the counselor
on call.
