Tuition Remission Benefits

Faculty and Staff
The tuition remission policy for faculty and staff is delineated on the Human Resources Web site, which should be considered the authoritative resource. Benefits are available for credit (Evening School) and non-credit (OCPE) courses to applicable persons.

Faculty and Staff Tuition Remission Application for Non-Credit Courses
The application form required to receive tuition remission benefits for non-credit (Think Again) courses is now available online in Word format or PDF format. Download, complete and submit this application with your Think Again course registration (available at scs.richmond.edu/thinkagain/register). A separate tuition remission application is required for each course.

Alumni
Alumni who received a bachelor’s degree from the School of Continuing Studies, University College, Jepson School of Leadership, Robins School of Business, or School of Arts and Sciences are eligible for a 50% discount in School of Continuing Studies undergraduate credit (Evening School) classes. This does not include Summer School courses/programs, the Teacher Licensure Program, or already discounted programs. Contact the School of Continuing Studies for details before attempting to register.

Any University of Richmond alumni with a baccalaureate or advanced degree from the University may receive a 25% discount on one Office of Community & Professional Education (OCPE) class from the Think Again course catalog per semester. The alumni discount does not apply to travel programs, conferences, special programs, or certificate programs.
