Evening School

Earn College Credit in the Evening School

Earn college credit toward a degree or certificate, or take courses for enrichment. The Evening School offers courses during the Spring and Fall semesters and in the Summer terms. Courses may be taken to fulfill degree, certificate and minor requirements or for enrichment.

Take courses online, on campus, or in distance learning centers. The Evening School offers courses online, in class, and in various locations throughout Virginia.

  • The Disaster Science and Emergency Services Management programs are offered entirely online. Additional courses are offered online, in whole or in part, each semester.
  • Weekend College courses (earning the Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies) are held on campus and in off-campus locations. Visit the Weekend College page for more details.
  • Professional development courses for educators seeking relicensure are held off-campus in convenient Richmond-area school locations.
