- Mail, fax or drop off your completed form

It will take approximately three business days to process your
application and to make your student record active
- Once your record is active, you will receive your UR ID Number in
the mail.
- Use your UR ID Number to register
online. You MUST register - the New Student Information Form serves
only as your application.
Returning/Former Students
- If you have previously attended, please call 804-289-8133 to be
reactivated.
- If you've been away from the University for more than two years,
you must reapply following the New Students instructions (above)
