SCS Scholarships

Jean H. Proffitt Scholarship - Available to admitted degree-seeking candidates. Administered by the SCS Alumni Association.
Need-Based Scholarships - Available to admitted degree-seeking candidates. Those who can receive tuition reimbursement from an employer are not eleigible.
Osher Reentry Scholarship Fund - Available to undergraduate students who meet specific criteria for returning to college after an absence of several years. Word version also available.

Portfolio Assessment of Prior Learning

Portfolio Submission - Submit a learning portfolio for review. Word version also available.
Syllabus Request - Request a course syllabus as part of the portfolio creation process. Word version also available.

Undergraduate

Combined Undergraduate to Graduate Emergency Management - Complete if interested in earning graduate credit for undergraduate work.
Undergraduate Application - Prospective non-degree-seeking students enrolling in classes for professional development should complete the top half of the form; prospective students applying for admission to a degree or certificate program should complete the entire form.
Professional Development for Educators - Application and registration form for teachers taking professional development courses for educators.
Minor Declaration for Non-ESM Majors - For degree-seeking students in all programs EXCEPT Emergency Management who wish to pursue a minor.
Minor Declaration for ESM Majors - For degree-students pursuing a required minor through the Emergency Management program.

Graduate

Graduate Application - Prospective graduate students should complete the entire form, including the required attachments, and submit a nonrefundable $50 application fee.
Master of Liberal Arts Packet - Application packet for the Master of Liberal Arts. Review for required attachments and application fee.

Culinary Arts Certificate - Application to earn the Culinary Arts Program certificate. Submit payment with application.
Think Again Registration - Registration form for Think Again courses. Submit payment at the time of registration. Registrants may also register online.

Institute on Philanthropy Registration - Register for an Institute on Philanthropy course.
Institute on Philanthropy Scholarship - Apply for scholarship assistance to Institute on Philanthropy courses.
Landscape Design Professional Certificate - Application to earn the Landscape Design Professional certificate. Submit payment with application.
Think Again Registration - Registration form for Think Again courses. Submit payment at the time of registration. Registrants may also register online.
Woody Landscape Plants Certificate - Application to earn the Woody Landscape Plants certificate. Submit payment with application.

Course Evaluation - Provide feedback to instructors and program managers. Word version also available.
Emergency Information - Provide emergency contact information for on- and off-campus programs.
Liability Release - Complete when participating in an off-campus Osher course or program.
Membership Application - Become a Silver, Gold or Gold Plus One member. Submit payment with application.
Course Registration - Register and enroll in Osher courses. Also available online to Gold and Gold Plus One members.
Lead an Osher Program - Propose an Osher Institute course you'd like to lead.

Summer School

Application & Registration - New Summer School students only. Current University of Richmond students should register using BannerWeb.
Graduate Application - Complete with required attachments and fee if applying for a graduate certificate or degree.
Graduate Information - Complete if registering for a Summer School course for graduate credit and have not previously taken a course for graduate credit at the University of Richmond.
Individual Instruction Course Request - Complete if enrolling in an internship or independent study.
Room and Board Application - Complete if planning to live on campus during Summer School session.
Undergraduate Application - Complete in entirety if applying for an undergraduate degree program.

Summer Study Abroad

Agreement and Release - Specifies conditions of participation and medical release. Word version also available.
Application - Establishes your eligibility for any University of Richmond summer study abroad program. Word version also available.
