Throughout the year we host a variety of events for prospective and current students. Highlights will be listed here, and a complete listing is available through our calendar page. For most events we provide an online form, or you may call our RSVP line at (804) 287-1204.

Return-to-School Information Sessions

Interested in Returning to School? If you have considered starting or completing your undergraduate degree, or if you would like to advance your education by earning certification or teacher licensure, these events will provide the information you need to get started.

We will discuss the programs available at the School of Continuing Studies, address tuition and financial aid issues, and answer the questions that most concern you.

New Student Orientation

If you are a new or current student who would like to know more about the many resources available to you on campus, attending the New Student Orientation will make it much easier to find your way. We host Orientations twice per calendar year, usually in August and January - keep an eye on this page for the next scheduled date.
